I'd say it comes down to two.our Nitro PDF Professional and Pdf Converting . As far as I'm aware, the rest of the converters out there are quite manual to work with. IMO a good PDF to Excel converter automatically detects tabular content in PDF files, discards unrelated content and leaves you with clean tables in Excel. Most don't do it, instead leaving you with a messy Excel file, or t force you to manually highlight the tables you want to convert. It uses the same underlying technology as our Nitro PDF Professional product.
I don't always feel comfortable to upload my files using the third party services due to poor quality due to the time-consuming and complex work the software produces. The only drawback is that you end up sending your file to third-party, and you don't know how your submission will be evaluated. I prefer to use software that creates a separate HTML copy of the file; not to send it to third-party server to be used by a third party. As you can see, even with a dedicated software, there is a limitation in the amount of files, especially with high-quality PDF documents. So here is the solution to handle large amount of documents at once without wasting precious time: 1 : Download and convert PDF format for storing your documents. If your documents are in PDF format, the process is very simple. If you are in doubt, just ask around..
